How it works
From the first conversation to payment, you stay in control. The buyer handles all the technical work. No engineering is required from your team, and your operations continue as normal.
-
Step 1
Tell us about your company
A conversation to understand the records your business creates, discuss the opportunity and answer your questions. We assess whether there may be a fit with a buyer.
Your part
Join the call and tell us about your systems and processes. There is no obligation to proceed, we never charge you, and we do not require exclusivity.
Our part
Assess the opportunity and explain the next steps. If there is no suitable match, we say so.
-
Step 2
Meet the right buyer
If your data is a fit and you are interested, we introduce you to a buyer. You agree pricing, scope and the licence directly with them.
Your part
Review the proposed terms with whoever normally handles your contracts. Sign only when you are happy to proceed.
The buyer’s part
Discuss pricing and scope, provide the licence and answer your questions.
-
Step 3
Approve a read-only connection
You approve access to the systems covered by the licence. The buyer’s team handles extraction, anonymisation and delivery, while your systems keep running as normal.
Your part
Approve the read-only connection for the agreed systems. No engineering work is required from your team, and your day-to-day operations continue as normal.
The buyer’s part
Handle the entire technical process, from extracting the agreed data through anonymisation and delivery. Personal and company identifiers and other sensitive data are redacted before any downstream use.
-
Step 4
Receive your payment
The buyer pays you directly on the terms agreed in the licence. They pay our referral fee separately. You are never charged by Corpus Advisory.
Your part
Invoice the buyer as agreed in your licence.
The buyer’s part
Pay you on the agreed schedule and pay our fee separately.
